To successfully meet today's demands while responding to industry challenges of the future, Nu-Poly Panels offer performance-plus features to provide you with maximum strength, durability, and longevity.

Nu-Poly®
Panels are ideal for mezzanine decking. Our state-of-the-art panels combine innovative engineering with cost efficiency, to provide you with a product superior to traditional decking materials. Nu-Poly Mezzanine panel features a fully factory Integrated panel construction, with in-house sheet extrusion, laminating and panel machining in one factory.

Used in both retrofit and new construction, Nu-Poly Panels far surpass the strength and durability of other commonly used decking materials at a lower and more competitive cost.

Nu-Poly Panels
cost less than steel, and are more durable than conventional wood mezzanines.

Nu-Poly Panels
are Factory laminated using a exterior panel adhesive for a superior bond. Constructed of textured, High Density Polyethylene sheet bonded to a structural substrate, typically of plywood. Other textures and substrates are available.

What do Nu-Poly Panels do? Nu-Poly Panels
provide a maintenance free durable nonslip surface that resists wear and abrasion. Characteristics of our panel help eliminate or minimize damage or failure of standard mezzanine floors caused by abusive conditions.

Nu-Poly Panels for heavy traffic applications!
The polythene laminate provides superior wearing characteristics in situations where wheeled traffic or other abrasive conditions are present. Weight-bearing wheels generate an incredible amount of abrasion and shear forces that are directly applied into the flooring surface. Even a moderate amount of weight on a small wheel can translate into a large amount of weight when converted into psi (pounds per square inch). Bare wood fiber, as in the case of standard plywood decking, will not withstand either the abrasion or the concentrated weight of even a moderately loaded wheel for extended periods of time. The heavier the load in psi, the shorter the life span of unprotected wood fiber.

The polyethylene laminate is extremely resistant to abrasion and increased poly thickness can spread heavy wheel loads over larger areas; thus protecting the wood fiber, resulting in extended product life.

Extensive testing and on the job experience of Nu-Poly Panels have proven their durability. Even if scratched or gouged, because the color of the poly is pigmented throughout the laminate the appearance is maintained.

Nu-Poly Panels polyethylene laminate is a 100% moisture barrier and is resistant to most chemicals.

Product Presentation
  • Nu-Poly Panels are a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) overlay factory laminated to various substrates on one or both sides.
  • Nu-Poly Panels install directly to floor joists, steel roof decking or structural steel beams. They can also be installed over existing floors.

Overlay
HDPE has excellent wearing capabilities for floors or decking in either an interior or exterior environment and the textured HDPE provides a low-skid surface.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is an extremely durable overlay that is chemical, moisture and fungus resistant.
Our most common mezzanine textures are Moroccan and Quadripple

1. HDPE is available in various textures and thicknesses - .030", .050", .100" and .200". Standard colors - Grey or Beige. Other colors and compounds are available upon request.
A 0.020" HDPE smooth white overlay is available for application to the backside for light reflectivity. Smooth or textured aluminum factory backers available upon request

Substrates
American Plywood Association (APA) rated plywood and Oriented Strand Board (OSB-wafer board) available.
Fire-rated plywood and High Density Particle board also available. Other substrates are available upon request.
Tongue & groove or precision square edge machining is available on two or four edges for easy installation.

Sizes and thicknesses
Nu-Poly Panels are available 4'x8' standard and other sizes by request.
Nu-Poly Panels substrate thickness: 1/4" thru 3".
